Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that’s about 70% as sweet as sugar and yet, has almost no calories and no impact on blood-sugar levels.* It’s found in pears, grapes, melons, and other fruits. Ours comes from non-GMO corn. We ferment it, and extract erythritol from the corn sugar, to give you great tasting crystals with added crunch.

Rich, sticky and sweet

Also known as black treacle, this sweet, dark syrup is a by-product of the sugar-making process. We use a small amount of certified organic molasses to give our Pure Via® Brown sugar alternative its sticky texture, rich aroma, and sweet taste of caramel.

Acacia gum comes from the sap of the Acacia tree. Ours comes from Senegal and is used to bring texture to baked goods – both ours and yours. Acacia gum is rich in fibre and a popular ingredient in the food industry, and because it doesn’t contain calories and is gluten free it’s perfect for low-calorie, keto, and vegan diets.
