Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 120g dark chocolate (99% cocoa)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 22.5g Pure Via® 100% Erythritol

Directions

    Melt the chocolate and Pure Via® in a bain-marie on a low heat until smooth.

    Place puff pastry on baking paper and spread thinly with the chocolate paste. Roll the pastry in on itself using the baking paper without tightening too much.

    Place in the fridge for 1 hour.

    Mix 1tbsp water with the egg yolk and brush onto the pastry.

    Cut the pastry into 1cm slices and place evenly onto a lined baking tray.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.

  • 7

    Remove the puff pastries and immediately prick them on lollipop sticks.

  • 8

    Serve them lukewarm.
