- 1 pack (30 grams) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 225ml water
- 100g Pure Via® 100% Xylitol
Method

Combine cranberries and water in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on a medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Continue to boil gently uncovered for up to 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the skin pops.

Remove from heat; mash slightly with the stirring spoon. Stir in the Pure Via® 100% Xylitol.

Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
