Ingredients

  • 300g berries
  • 4 Greek yogurts
  • 90g Pure Via® 100% Erythritol
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Tip: For a more iced result, place it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

    Rinse berries, place on a plate and cover with cling film. Pop in the freezer for at least 2 hours until the fruit is completely frozen.

    30 minutes before desired eating time, place 4 Greek yogurts into the freezer.

    Immediately before serving, add the yoghurts, Pure Via®, frozen berries, and lemon juice into a blender and whiz on a low setting.

    Divide the ice cream mixture into small cups and serve.
