Melt in the middle chocolate pudding

Ingredients

Pack contains:
- Pre-measured chocolate pieces
- Pre-measured melt in the middle pudding mix
Just add:
- 4 eggs
- 60g Butter
- 60ml Water
For even more indulgence:
- 4 eggs
- 115g Butter

Preheat your oven to 240°C /220°C FAN/ gas mark 8 and generously grease with butter 6 ramekins.

Melt the butter and chocolate pieces in the microwave (900W) for 1 min and stir until smooth.

In a mixing bowl gently whisk the eggs and water (if using).

Add the melted butter and chocolate to the eggs and water (if using) and gently fold together using a spatula.

Add Pure Via® Deliciously Gooey Melt in the middle pudding mix and gently fold together until combined.

Evenly distribute the mixture between the 6 ramekins and line them up on a baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes. Once baked the edges should be firm to the touch but the centre should still have a slight wobble.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around the edge of each pudding, then turn out onto serving plates.
